Antwerp rail station 'is top draw'

People taking ferries to france in order to get to Antwerp will be able to visit a building which has been compared to a cathedral by some, according to one website.VisitFlanders.co.uk stated that the Antwerp Central Station is one of the top places to visit while in the Belgian city and it said that the decoration inside and outside of the building is impressive.
"The colourful interior is lavishly decorated with more than 20 different kinds of marble and stone. The main hall and the railway cafeteria can match the interiors of many palace," it stated.
VisitFlanders.co.uk added that the station was built between 1895 and 1905, and it believes it is one of the world"s most impressive railway facilities.
In other news, the Sunday Times recently named the World War One museum in Ypres in its list of interesting places to visit in the city and added that the facility has great technological features.
