NAME Festival set to hit Lille

People taking ferries to Dunkerque could stop off at a Lille-based music festival which will bring some of the world"s most exciting young DJs to the region.NAME begins on September 18th and runs until the 27th at Dunkerque Kursaal and will feature big names such as Tiefschwarz, Andrew Weatherall and Angolian Kuduro legends Buraka Som Sistema.
The festival organisers stated: "The venue is open to all - whether you love electro or not, young or old, you"re all welcome to come and discover the festival"s exhibition, our guest philosophers and enjoy musical afternoons."
Music lovers can also enjoy the sounds of French DJs such as Ed Banger Records signings Krazy Baldhead and Feadz, as well as master classes on the dance music industry by artists and top professionals.
French DJs like Brodinski and Feadz are following in the footsteps of other French house producers like Daft Punk and Justice who established France as a hotbed for dance talent.
