Brits looking for a relaxing getaway break may find what they are looking for with a ferry trip to France this year.In June the country hosts its annual month of gardens, with the city of Menton opening up numerous parks for the public to enjoy.
Visitors to France for this attraction will be able to take a stroll through beautiful scenery in locations such as Maria Serena and the Val Rahmeh.
Special gardens are constructed just for the month-long celebrations of all things horticultural, with tropical examples among those that tourists can marvel at.
Meanwhile, holidaymakers keen to take a different kind of stroll could opt for a walk around the International Museum of Perfume in Grasse.
The facility, which reopened in October of last year, gives visitors the chance to learn all about their favourite scents, from how they were first made right up to today"s production techniques.
