Trips to Germany could be a cycler's paradise

Cycling fans that want to mix up an exciting ride with experiencing a piece of modern history in a unique way should head to Berlin, according to one newspaper.The Guardian said that a cycle path, which runs near to the remaining parts of the Berlin Wall, can also provide a great place for bike enthusiasts to explore and ride.
"You can cycle the whole thing, stopping off overnight along the way. But it"s easy to combine a trip along one of the front lines of European history with some fun in one of the world"s most exciting cities," it stated.
The trail is signposted by 14 sections with each of the start points being in reach of train or underground stations, according to the publication.
An exhibition on Bauhaus has recently taken place at the Martin-Gropius-Bau Museum of Design in Berlin and charted the rise and fall of the school.
