Belgium offers 'salsa storm'

Britons looking for a taste of the exotic without splashing out on a trip to the other side of the globe may be interested in a ferry journey to Belgium.In March Antwerp will host the Indoor Caribbean Festival, which aims to bring a "salsa storm" to the city.
The event, which has been running since 1997, is a dance spectacular which thrives on audience participation and high energy levels.
Meanwhile, for those looking for something more relaxing from their ferry trip to Belgium, the Peace Festival will take place in May.
As part of the attractions on show during the vent there will be workshops, lectures and seminars and for those seeking a more adrenaline-filled slant on the subject area there are also music performances and juggling nights.
This year"s activities are based around the theme of Refugees (in) Visible Walls, with numerous guest speakers lined up to entertain visitors.
