People taking ferries to Dunkerque are a short distance from one of the best budget hotels in Europe, according to one newspaper, which said that it is ideal for couples looking to get away without but not spend a fortune.The Times reported that the 2GO4 Grand Place is among the best value-for-money residencies that travellers heading to Brussels can find, with Ghent and Antwerp only a short distance away.
It stated: "The hostel"s good reputation has allowed it to grow, and it now offers a spanking new option called the Grand Place with ensuite, one-of-a-kind rooms just a few metres from the world-famous Grand Place Brussels" central square and top draw."
Complimentary drinks and snacks are also available, according to the newspaper.
The Ghent Festivities take over much of the medieval centre of the city for ten days during July and include parades and jousting tournaments as the destination remembers it"s past.
