15.02.2010
Couples looking for a truly romantic hotel during this Valentine"s period could take a ferry to france and stay at one of the most loved-up establishments in Europe, according to one newspaper. The Times placed the One by the Five in Paris in its list of best hotels to stay in and said it must be one of the most decadent on the continent.
"No detail is overlooked: champagne and berries to prepare your own love potion; a perfume-stocked dressing parlour; [and] a dedicated salon for dancing;" it stated.
The newspaper added that the main attraction of the establishment is the ethereal "floating" bed, which is left hanging under a ceiling covered in stars.
In other news, the BBC"s Kate Silverton gave her holiday advice to the Daily Telegraph and said that she had a brilliant time touring around countries and doing things on impulse, which could inspire people taking cross channel ferries.
