Ferries to Dunkerque could be quick way to Disneyland
28.01.2010
People considering using ferries to Dunkerque instead of taking a coach to France could save themselves time and make their trip more comfortable, according to one expert. The St Helens Star spoke to Stephen Grayson who decided to put up some of his own money to help a family go on a trip to Disneyland in Paris, but said they would not be travelling by coach because it takes so long.
He told the newspaper: "I don"t have children of my own, but whenever possible I like to help, and this is something I really wanted to do. There"s an option to go by coach, but I wouldnt advise it. It takes a long time to drive to Paris."
The philanthropic Mr Grayson said that he wanted to help the family, who have two disabled children, enjoy a break in the Paris themepark.
People taking cross channel ferries can visit Disneyland because it offers a holiday experience like no other, according to the Daily Mail.
