25.02.2010
Vacationers considering taking ferries to Dunkerque could pop along to Disneyland where the theme park has brought in some new characters to entertain visitors.New characters from Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Ratatouille, Cars and Princess Tiana, from new film Princess and the Frog, will all be on show from April 2nd.
"The New Generation Festival is a one-year celebration of the latest Disney characters and stories taking centre stage at Disneyland Paris in 2010 - so it was important that any marketing activity really focused on the excitement [the characters bring]," said communications vice president Francois Banon.
People taking ferries to Dunkerque could be interested in the new move, which could provide children with a great experience.
Business Week recently stated that since the park opened in 1992, people have flocked to the attraction and helped it contribute 56,000 jobs to the local communities, as well as pumping 6.5 billion (£5.6 million) into the French economy.
