People taking ferries to france could give their brood the chance to experience a Welsh day of celebration at Disneyland Paris, which will see Mickey and Minnie Mouse don special outfits.

From March 5th to the 7th vacationers will be able to take in the Welsh themed events that will pay homage to St David and give holidaymakers the chance to get a Disney-influenced taste of Wales.

The official website stated: "Disney icons Mickey and Minnie will don their best Welsh-themed outfits for the occasion and there will be all kinds of music, dancing, culture and crafts on offer."

It added that the events will be a display of red, white and green that has never been seen before.

Business Week recently stated that since the park opened in 1992 people have flocked to the attraction and helped it contribute 56,000 jobs to the local communities and pump €6.5 billion (£5.6 million) into the French economy.
