Biker breaks in France

Britons looking for a break full of variety will want to take the ferry across to France as the summer comes to a close.Those who love the taste of danger and adrenaline will want to visit the Brescoudos Bike Week.
Held between August 29th and September 6th, this event brings all kinds of two wheeled vehicles together, with the Harley Davidson and Goodwing Rally being a centrepoint of this meet.
As well as processions and stalls, there will also be music and entertainment to keep visitors amused.
After a day as a biker, Brits taking the ferry to france may want to get back to four wheels by heading to the Turckheim Uphill Car Race.
This pits competitors against each other in a punishing circuit, making great viewing for onlookers.
With all kinds of bikes and cars viewed, holidaymakers might then be keen for a change of pace and the Beaucroissant Fairs offer exactly this.
Held between September 12th and 14th, more than 800,000 people head to this event to learn all about agriculture.
