British rock favourites set for France

If live music is your passion, a ferry trip to France is a must later this year.Some of the world"s top stars are heading to the country as part of tours in 2009.
These include a clutch of the hottest live acts on the planet, including Britain"s own Muse.
The multi-million album selling three-piece are revered for their stage show and bundles of energy and enthusiasm when it comes to putting on a performance to keep an audience enthralled.
Those wanting to catch the band can do so by taking a ferry to france in October.
On October 31st, they will play at the Stade Couvert in Lievin, before heading to Amneville the following night.
Those who are unable to take the ferry to France for that date need not worry, as they will be heading back to the country for more gigs before the end of the year.
Lovers of a fantastic stage show who want to head on a ferry holiday this summer are spoilt for choice, with the likes of AC/DC, Metallica and U2 all performing in Europe during the warmer months.
Meanwhile, those with a passion for pop are also well-catered for, thanks to upcoming gigs from Madonna, Beyonce and Pink.
