Families taking ferries to france have an opportunity to bond while on a break, according to an expert, who said that they can bring broods closer together.Lucy Ace, managing director of Takethefamily.com, stated that family holidays are a crucial period for families to bond and re-establish themselves as a unit.
"It is important to take a break from domestic life and spend quality time together away from everyday stresses and pressures even if just for a weekend or a couple of days," she said.
The expert added that a country near to home, like France, could be an ideal place to visit because holiday opportunities are governed by school schedules.
Shared experiences can help a brood bond, according to the family holiday expert.
A survey by Takethefamily.com recently showed that value for money is by far the most important factor for holidaymakers, with 64 per cent saying it is the top consideration 24 per cent more than last year.
