People taking cross channel ferries are very near to beaches which offer great views and brilliant activities to get involved in, according to one newspaper. The Guardian"s Harry Pearson said that he loves going to Belgium and loved the Koksijde-Bad coast where he enjoyed quiet mornings with his family.
He stated: "The beach here stretches from the mouth of the Ijser river all the way to the French border in an uninterrupted swatch of white sand. At low tide, it"s so wide you feel you might need to hire a bicycle so you can get to a place to paddle."
The writer added that there are plenty of activities to keep youngsters entertained, including go-karts, scooters and bicycles to rent.
In other news, the Guardian reported on the plethora of options open to vacationers who visit the neighbouring country and particularly recommended Forêts de Tronçons in the heart of Berry in France.
