Ferries to France near to fledgling festival

People taking ferries to france are close to a festival which is up and coming, according to one newspaper, stating that great acts will be showcasing their work.The Times reported on the BEMF festival in Brussels which is returning after a successful first year, where it turned a lot of heads with its impressive and forward thinking line-up.
"After an excellent but low-key debut in 2009, the Brussels Electronic Music Festival returns for a second installment in the grand art nouveau surroundings of BOZAR Centre for Fine Arts," it stated.
The newspaper added that this year"s line-up includes high quality techno from the likes of Dan Curtin, Thomas Brinkmann and James Holden, as well as performances from avant-garde group Cluster.
In other news, the Guardian reported that Bruges is often overlooked when people are considering a destination in Europe, but said that there are many attractive points, especially for loved-up couples.
