New Parisian restaurants are making a splash

People taking cross channel ferries are near to a range of new restaurants and eateries which offer vacationers great tipples and food, according to one newspaper.The Guardian stated that restaurants in Paris like Il Vino have brought a new approach to the traditional eatery and make choosing a wine just as important as picking out the right meal.
"Il Vino, the brainchild of Enrico Bernardo, voted best sommelier in the world in 2004, makes choosing your wine the most important thing, rather than what you decide to eat," it reported.
Other recommended restaurants included Cafe Burq, which the newspaper stated attracts a wide range of customers including fashionable clientele who choose organic wines.
The Daily Telegraph recently reported that wine tasting courses in France could provide people with a chance to enjoy some of the best tipples in the country and get an introduction to wine.
