According to a leading newspaper in the tourism markets,vacationers looking to have a brilliant weekend away from home, England, the UK can dream of seeing this small island, Ile de Ré. The Guardian suggests holidaymakers to make a trip to the Ile de Ré, which it says has fantastic accommodation and sights for all the family to fun and entertainment and a 48-hour break from work can fix in the deal best.
It stated: "The pretty clapboard houses and cobbled streets of the Ile de Ré, a small island linked to the French city of La Rochelle by road bridge. They are made accessible to tourists at any time of the year. Tourists are given opportunity to explore on foot or by bike long sandy beaches and pine forests for exploration.
The Hôtel de Toiras was highly tipped by the newspaper, which said that the capital of the island, Saint Martin de Ré, is a gorgeous port.
A ferry operator has recently paid host to Thrill The World 2009, which is a dance event in tribute to Michael Jackson. It was participated by thousands of revellers descend on the region and dozens and dozens of performers have made participation to make moves by the well-known.
