Dutch complex offers 'relaxing breaks'

Families can enjoy a relaxing holiday village break if they head on the ferry to Holland, it is claimed.Fred Mawer, writing for the Daily Mail, comments that the Hof van Saksen complex in Drenthe offers a range of activities to keep the kids entertained, while it also has a sophisticated feel.
He says that is region benefits from beautiful surroundings and enticing eateries.
The writer explains: "Handsome reproductions of farmhouses typical of the area, with long thatched roofs that almost touch the ground, are set around an artificial lake fringed with white sand."
He goes on to say that the resort featured numerous play areas for children and also understated water parks, those considering a ferry trip to Holland may be interested to hear.
Brits making this trip may want to check out Dutch attractions such as Art Amsterdam and the North Sea Regatta, both of which take place later this month.
